First step: Inbound lead
When you receive an inbound lead, just copy and paste the info and upload the files to Presentify. We'll take care of the data entry within 24 hours. If there are missing details that can be obtained online, we'll fetch that information for you.
Second step: Qualification
Frequently, sponsors need to obtain additional information from event organizers. These details can be requested with a click of a button through the CRM, which creates tokenized web forms with the missing data fields.
Third step: Agreement
If you agree to sponsor an event, Presentify automatically creates an agreement with all the event details and deliverables pre-populated with data from the CRM. Thanks to our DocuSign integration, agreements are closed with e-signatures.
